NFT Commons Exclusive Full Copyright License for NFT Holders
This license transfers the full copyright to the token holder. No person or company other than the token holder can exploit the relevant intellectual property rights. Importantly, the licensor is also excluded from exploiting the intellectual property rights. This license is only available for 1-of-1 tokens. (i.e. NFT)
NC FC-EX includes the following elements:
FC - This license grants full copyright to the token holder.
EX - This license transfers the exclusive full copyright of the asset to the token holder. This license is only available for 1-of-1 tokens.
NC FC-EX-NS
NFT Commons Exclusive but Non-Sublicensable Full Copyright License for NFT Holders
This license transfers full copyright to the token holder, but the copyright cannot be transferred, assigned, or licensed to a third party. No person or company other than the token holder can exploit the relevant intellectual property rights. Importantly, the licensor is also excluded from exploiting the intellectual property rights. This license is only available for 1-of-1 tokens. (i.e. NFT)

FC - This license grants full copyright to the token holder.
EX - This license transfers the exclusive full copyright of the asset to the token holder. This license is only available for 1-of-1 tokens.
NS - Non-Sublicensable. The copyright cannot be sub-licensed to a third party.

NFT Commons Non-Exclusive Copyright License for NFT holders
This license grants non-exclusive and non-sublicensable full copyright to the token holder. The licensee is allowed to exploit the intellectual property with no limitation; but is not allowed to sub-license the copyright to a third party. The licensor is the only party that is able to grant another non-exclusive license to other parties seeking the same rights.
NC FC-NE includes the following elements:

NC FC-NE-NT
NFT Commons Non-Exclusive Non-Transferable Full Copyright License for NFT holders
The licensee is allowed to exploit the intellectual property with no limitation; but is not allowed to transfer or sub-license the copyright to a third party. This license is only available for non-transferable tokens. The licensor is the only party that is able to grant another non-exclusive license to other parties seeking the same rights. This license is only available for non-transferrable tokens (i.e. NTT)

FC - This license grants full copyright to the token holder.
NE - Non-Exclusive. This license grants non-exclusive and non-sublicensable full copyright to the token holder.
NT - Non-Transferrable. The copyright cannot be transferred to a third party. This license is only available for non-transferable tokens.

NFT Commons Attribution License for NFT holders
This license is identical to the CC BY license, except that the license is granted to the asset token holder. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator, even for commercial use.
NC BY includes the following elements:
BY – Credit must be given to the creator.

NFT Commons Attribution Share-Alike License for NFT holders
This license is identical to the CC BY-SA license, except that the license is granted only to the asset token holders. This license allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, so long as attribution is given to the creator. The license allows for commercial use. If you remix, adapt or build upon the material, you must license the modified material under identical terms.
NC BY-SA includes the following elements:
BY – Credit must be given to the creator.
SA - Adaptations must be shared under the same terms.
